When you are using Nokia E72 and want to mark/unmark multiple text messages, you would be surprised there is no such option to mark multiple messages at all instead there is only option to mark all/unmark all or mark one by one.
I have come to know that we can mark multiple text messages by pressing SHIFT key and up/down arrow keys to select multiple text messages at once. This is very useful to delete specific messages or move specific messages to other folder.

To Check If Your Cellphone Is Good Assembled
On the main screen type *#06#
Information you get from the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity)
XXXXXX XX XXXXXX X
TAC FAC SNR SP
TAC = Type approval code of your nokia Mobile
FAC = Final assembly code of your cellphone
SNR = Serial number of your nokia Phone
SP = Spare
IF the Seventh & Eighth digits of your cell phone are:
- 02 or 20 this means your cell phone was assembled in Emirates which is very Bad quality
- 08 or 80 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Germany which is fair quality
- 01 or 10 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Finland which is very Good
- 00 this means your cell phone was manufactured in original factory which is the best Mobile Quality
- 13 this means your cell phone was assembled in Azerbaijan which is very Bad quality.
Nokia Secret Tricks
I have searched on internet and found some useful Nokia Secret Tricks so sharing with you guys :)
- Displays Serial Number.
- Displays the Month and Year of Manufacture
- Displays (if there) the date where the phone was purchased (MMYY)

When Your Cell Phone Battery Is Low
When you are in the situation that your cell phone battery is running low and you can't recharge:
- Keep the vibrating alert off for all calls and messages.
- Keep incoming call alert as Beep Once it will consume minimum battery.
- Set the screen saver to a short time to extend the battery life.
- Avoid restarting the phone.
- Keep Bluetooth off.
- Avoid playing applications.
- Avoid to send text messages as well.
What if your mobile phone fell into water?
When you have this situation you have to do the following steps for at least getting your mobile phone in working condition:
- Put out the mobile from water.
- Switch off the phone if it is not turned off.
- Remove the battery and SIM instantly.
- Try to dry it naturally i.e. Put it under lightened bulb or put it under sun light, or cover it with towel to dry it completely.
It may take minimum 2 or 3 days to dry the mobile phone.
You must make sure that:
- Battery is out
- Never try to turn on the phone when it is wet
- And don’t be impatient
